I complained to Naomi Kinloch, a manager, and she assisted with all planning and questions from that point. She was fantastic, however I don't think I'll use Affordable Tours any time soon because of Alphonso Ruiz."

"No papers were delivered to the hotel in Dubai. The tour director made NO attempt to reach out to me. Instead I had to do it the late in the evening before the day I was scheduled for a tour. The local guide suggested I give the driver a $15-20 dollar tip. Imagine what he expected for a 4 hour tour! I would NEVER recommend Monograms to anyone for a tour in Dubai. My advice: Anyone can tour Dubai on his/her own without wasting money on a middleman, namely, Globus/Monograms "
