"They did a great job. The buttons were delivered to my satisfaction and on time. However, our graphic artist was unable to work with the art templates provided on the site and as there was no information/instruction on manipulating them, had to rebuild the templates from scratch which required more work and cost on her part. It would also be great if the website had the ability to place orders directly on-line for added convenience."
