"We are extremely disappointed with our purchase from AF Supply and their customer service. We ordered a tankless water heater and received what was clearly not a new unit. It arrived in a box that had previously been opened. The box had pieces missing and they had taped cardboard over the holes. Additionally, one of the important corners of styrofoam which protects the heater when being shipped was completely missing. For that reason, an external part of the heater was damaged. We contacted them expressing our concern there might be internal damage. After several days we finally heard back and they said the heater was out of stock and they wouldn’t be able to send us a replacement for over two weeks. Unfortunately, we had plumbers scheduled to install it in just a few days. We suggested we would be willing to keep the unit if they would honor the warranty and give us a discount for sending us a used or display heater. No response. We deeply regret ordering from AF Supply."
