"I don't know about delivery service, I haven't received my order yet. I do know that when I called them to make sure that they received my order, and shipped it, I was confronted by a very unprofessional receptionist. I started off the conversation with "I placed an order on your web site last night, and have received no confirmation that you either received, or shipped my order". B-T-W I paid for overnight delivery. She asked for my order number, and I had to repeat it at least 3 or 4 times to her. She wanted my e-mail address, wish I gave her. She then said that there was no phone in customer service, but she would get a tracking number and e-mail it to me. After 2 hours, I called again, this time she told me that I would have to e-mail customer service for a tracking number myself, when I protested, she HUNG UP ON ME.
I found 3 e-mail addresses on their site including Helpme, info, and marketing, I wrote an email to each, and told them that I just wanted verification that they received, and sent my order along with a tracking number. I then told them that I wouldn't bother them again.
We'll see if my order comes, or if I hear from them.
Update, I just received an e-mail confirming shipment of my batteries.
Update, I just received my order, and it did get here on time with no damage.
My conclusion is this:
Their prices are cheap.
Their delivery service is OK.
Their Customer Service and attitude is terrible.
Because of their treatment on the telephone, I would not use them again."
