Dreadful awful service. I bought an expensive motherboard and it turned out to be faulty, I returned it and was eventually told that the damage must have been my fault (it wasn't) and that I had to pay the £50+VAT repair charge. I refused and had to send many emails quoting the law to them (they seem completely ignorant of the law regarding long distance purchases) before getting a refund of the purchase price. I'm now trying to get the cost of returning the board to them back (Trading Standards confirm I am entitled to this) and am shortly to make an offical complaint. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!"
"This company has poor and unfriendly customer service. I contacted them about an issue that I had with an order and found them to be very rude. They did not inform me of additional import charges that would result from buying from their website which is really based in the UK. I got an unexpected bill amounting to 5% of the purchase price from DHL. This company would not pay the bill even though they said shipping was included in the price. I asked them to at least inform their customers of this fee on their shipping information page and they refused.
I used their web contact form to complain about the person I dealt with. I got an email back from the proprietor saying the the person I was complaining about was his son and that he was totally on his son's side (shocker). Seems a bit shady to me.
I actually purchased from Medusa-USA but this is the same site and company with a different interface."
