"WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER!
Here are the facts, you decide if you want to waste your time - trying to warn people in advance.

4/7 placed order
4/9 they charged my credit card
4/24 I started emailing and asking what was going on with the order.. Response: Will check ... will get back to you...
4/27 Our shipper is checking on it, will get back to you...
4/28 We'll send a refund. We had to fire someone in our shipping dept telling us that items are being sent that are not sent. Will process a refund by end business day.
4/29 Was the refund processes?
4/30 yes
5/19 Still do not have a refund... It's been 3 weeks
5/20 Will check with our processor
5/21 They said they processed, you should receive it within 3 days
5/27 I have no refund...
5/28 I'm the owner of the company and have contacted my processor. They have processed and should be with you Monday...
6/01 Still no credit showing up
6/10 Dear Keith,
Your company must be in the business of lying. It's been months...I will now do all I can on my end to get my money back and to be sure this doesn't happen to others. I'm Furious at this level of disrespect.
6/15 I have looked into it. They are showing that it was just processed. You should have it on your card by Weds.
6/16 Not holding my breath!
