"I am in IT. I purchased with confidence because PayPal is the only payment method accepted and PayPal will refund my money very quickly if anything should go wrong, guaranteed.
They insist buyers download the trial first and will try to make sure you downloaded before sending you the key. This is correct, download the trial and use their key to install. If you activated the trial with the key provided by Microsoft, no worries; just change the date on your computer to a point in the future where the trial would be expired, then open an Office app and upgrade to the full version using the license you got from AgeComputing, then close office and then undo the date change and open office once again, activate online and that's it. This process is perfectly normal, I do it all the time one way or the other.
I installed using an original OEM CD that I had from a previous purchase from Microsoft using AgeComputing's provided key and had no problems whatsoever; installed and activated.
The low price definitely raises some flags, always be careful and buy at your own risk (paypal will refund your money if anything should go wrong, just file a claim online).
Sounds too good to be true but apparently it is. I can say the key does not look familiar (like those found in torrents and such), everything seems legit."
"I just ordered and paid for Microsoft Office. The order indicated that this will be a download only version. I waited for an e-mail explaining how to download the product and a link to where I should download Microsoft OFfics but nothig came. I think this may be a scam. I am about to contact PayPal about this issue. I will also try to cancel the transaction with my credit card company if I do not receive anything from them within the next few hours."
"Use caution with this retailer. Both AgeComputing and Retail Software Corp. show up on Google shopping searches with the lowest prices on software- by way too much. If you go to both company's web sites you'll see the EXACT same typos in their narratives of the software. They also list the same address on King's Hwy in Brooklyn. If you look at the streetview of the building there is a rating on yet a 3rd business- a mailbox place.
Both company's offer to email you the permanent Microsoft keys after you download the software. Why not email it to you when you buy it? I noted AgeComputing is a merchant member of Reseller Ratings, but why all the smoke and mirrors if they're on the up and up."
"I shopped several sites before choosing AgeComputing. Their web site was professional, informative, and easy to navigate. Also their pricing was the best. They informed me by email immediately of receiving my order, then emailed confirmation and details. Overall, it was a pleasant experience compared to many other web shopping nightmares. I highly recomend AgeComputing."
"Ordering process was efficient, delivery prompt and product received was exactly as advertised and finally their price is very cheaper than the others."
"Unfortunately, their e-mil address, ****@****
doesn't exist which tells me that the company is a scam most likely.
Suspicious of their very low prices I tried contacting them and the e-mail bounced back telling that the adress did not exist. "
"The price was great.
