"We ordered a brand-new IP Phone for a client that did not function properly (quality control?). We got a RMA and shipped it back to you at our expense (leaving no profit margin) on the 21st of July and 25 days later, still did not receive any response (many email) or the replacement one, nut worst not any follow up from you. What is the problem and the reason of those unacceptable delays? I talked by phone to one of your employee last Friday for a follow up and he was suppose to call me back in the next hour but we got no feedback since then! We have receive the replacement product 2 month later."
