"This is a very bad company. Purchased through Walmart.com. The product did not arrive and they would not issue a refund. Walmart said they could do nothing."

"Ordered the 2 collar dog training collars from Walmart.com, first mistake! Walmart does NOT standby product. Secondly, received the collars and 1 worked and 1 didn't. No contact information included in packaging and took SEVERAL calls to Walmart.com to find contact information and Walmart advised me I was on my own to get AGPTEK to resolve the problem. Finally found some information on google that stated this was a 1 man operation. Got in touch with Jimmy, the sole employee and explained the problem. Told I would receive a replacement. Received the replacement and it DOESN'T work either! Basically just threw my money away to Agptek and Walmart.com. Steer clear of this company!!!"

"This company advertises amazing product at excellent pricing. However, what you receive is not what you ordered and the customer service is absolutely horrible. They have no customer service phone number and the email is auto response so issues are not resolved or even heard. My order was a third party through Walmart.com and the product they sent me was not even close to what was ordered. Unfortunately for me the order I placed was for 50 ft Patio String Lights for a reception; what I received was a grow light for plants. Not the same thing. When I emailed my problem they were kind enough to resolve it in 30-90 days and only through email. "
