"Just like everyone else, never received product and does not respond to emails. The site has been temporarily down for weeks now. Will be contacting my bank to get my money back. Worst company ever to deal with.
UPDATE 06/02/06: Filed a dispute with Paypal to get my money back. Aheadgames has 10 days to respond to my dispute.
UPDATE 06/12/06: Shockingly, Aheadgames never responded and the dispute was decided in my favor and refund is pending. Their website is still temporarily down as of now so I'll guess this is the last of Aheadgames and their thievery.

"I must say, they are the worst online business I have ever seen.
I sent my PS2 to get it repaired on March 11, and since I forgot to send the check along with the system, aheadgames emailed me on March 22 and asked me to send the check. So I sent the check as they told me to and they charged it about 2 days after that.
After that, I was thinking that I would receive my PS2 back before April, but I was wrong. They never replied my emails and my order is still at queued.
I am very ashamed of this company, but I am very ashamed of myself as well for being so stupid and ordering from this horrible business.
Now, I am going to file a complaint against this company and see how it turns out."
"Ahead Games has demonstrated a complete lack of customer service contact, both by not updating their website as they claim, and by not returning emails/telephone messages.
THAT SAID, I was completely satisfied with their service. Below is a timeline of my order. Searching online, Ahead Games has been very active with reputable members of the Nintendo Console community, and as it is an owner operated business, is likely swamped with work.
Jan 12 placed order, sent Nintendo DS for service.
Jan 19 console arrived per USPS.
Jan 24 Console not reported arrived on website, contacted via website. No answer
Jan 27 emailed ****@****. No answer
Jan 31 emailed ****@****. No answer.
Feb 2 emailed ****@****
Feb 2 faxed aheadgames, # disconnected.
Feb 3 called aheadgames.com/owner. No answer.
Feb 4 Received DS game console. Flashme installed correctly, console works perfectly, serial # matches, postmarked Feb 2, 2006.
FINDINGS: 14 day turnaround. Lack of email/website support disturbing, but take the other complaints here with a grain of salt. Most sound to be written by younger consumers, and is very likely they did not update the postings after business was concluded."
"This is company/person is horrible. I ordered the SuperCard along with a passkey about a week ago from them. The order was in queue and is still in queue. I then yesterday found this site and realized that I may get robbed. I called my credit card company and they said nothing can be done until it's actually charged and never shipped. I sent him many emails and even tried to message him on msn. I downloaded msn messenger just for this. This person does not respond to emails at all. I'm just hoping that my 86$ is safe and that he'll hopefully do the right thing and cancel my order. Please, do not make the samee mistake. DO NOT ORDER FROM AHEAD GAMES. It's horrible service. They don't even check their email.

Hmmm... How many months has it been? 4 months? Still no word from aheadgames.com. Luckily they did not charge my credit card, so that is good, but they also did not respond at all. I told them to cancel my order and i guess they did since they never charged or shipped. It was a scary lack of support. Be sure not to buy from them. Oh yes, after I posted this, I noticed that aheadgames.com took down their resellerratings.com link on the side. Apparantly they don't like the truth being told."
"What a fool I feel. Having followed a link from a mfr website to aheadgames.com I neglected to read these reviews. Now I too am stuck in the same boat. I'm even more foolish for not being sceptical when informed that he could no longer accept credit card (at least the banks have caught onto him).
I've done the decent thing and given him till Wednesday to ship my order or return my money. Either way I doubt I'll be getting my order before xmas as he promised.

"Update: After waiting 10 weeks, I received my console back (2 days before Christmas). I, too, had filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau; did this have an impact? I don't know. The console came back without an explanation for the delay. At this stage, we have no trouble with the console.
If you also have delay issues, I would encourage you to contact the Cincinnati BBB (www.cinbbb.org) or call Ahead Games (the number is not listed on the website, but here it is ***-***-****).
I am completely shocked by the terrible ratings for this company found on this site--you see, I have exaclty the same problem as others, and I didn't know about such problems prior to ordering. I sent in my Game Cube for an upgrade 2 months ago, and my order is stilled queued (mid-Dec). My check was cashed almost immediately, but Ahead Games has not acknowledged any e-mails from me. This is by far the worst customer service that I have ever experienced."
"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! This is by far the absolute worst company I've ever dealt with. Placed order for a GameCube mod install on 10/02 and over 2 months later, it's still queued. I've sent numerous emails to them demanding that either it's installed or returned to me. Beginning of November I received an email saying that he's been super swamped (50+ emails/day) and that it'll be finished shortly. And I'm STILL w/o a GameCube. Please do yourself a favor and do not buy from this company."
"This is nothing beyond a fraudulent enterprise. They will bill your card and never ship your merchandise. If you have already placed an order, do what I did and have your credit card company initiate a chargeback, then file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. You will eventually get your money back. "
"I ordered a "Super Card Secure Digital (SD) Adaptor #17566" on October 15th, 2005. The site said that the item was in stock. My credit card was charged on October 27th, 2005. I sent a question to them a few weeks after I had ordered the device, using the form on their site, asking them what was going on, and when I could expect to receive my device. I received no response. At some point during the weekend before Thanksgiving, I sent another note through that portion of the website, demanding to receive my gadget or a refund. In this note, I said that if I did not receive a response by Thanksgiving, I would accuse them of fraud. Well, here it is, December 1st, and still I have not received anything, not even a note, from AheadGames. The website says my order is queued, but that's all the information I have. So, as far as I can tell, AheadGames has stolen my money. As of this point, they have committed fraud. If you want to buy through a company that is actually reputeable, I cannot recommend AheadGames, as the customer service is non-existent, and as far as I can tell, is staffed by people whose only job is to charge credit cards, rather than fulfill orders."
"I ordered a nintendo ds sd supercard october 27th and have had no response from the company and my order is still listed on queue. I've submitted 3 questions through their contact page with no response. The money has been drafted from my credit card three weeks ago a week after I ordered and I still have no response today 12-1-05.
