"I got a microwave from them, a Frigidaire that was a cheap closeout. It was dead on arrival. They shipped me another one practically no questions asked. I offered to send the old one back. They said it wasn't necessary, too low a value ($63) for fedex to want to see the unit. Essentially, they took my word for it. Very nice of them. Second one works flawlessly."

"Do Not Order any electronics from Aim to Find. I bought a HD Television. Aim to Find hired a freight company who did not deliver to Raleigh. The freight company then hired a third party who delivered the TV to my house. When I unpacked the TV it was shattered. I immediately called Sarah, their CS Manager. Sarah refused to take the destroyed TV. I canceled payment thru Visa and still Sarah refused to take the destroyed TV back. It has been three months now. Visa canceled the transaction but the destroyed TV still sits in my attic waiting for Aim to Find to honor their transaction.

Further investigation has shown that Aim to Find does not honor their customer agreements. They will deny all claims of damaged goods & seek to have the customer pursue the shipper. Use a credit card for your purchase and contact them immediately if your goods are damaged. Aim to Find is not reputable. In the end, Aim to find would not even pick up their damaged TV. I had to pay to dispose of it.

I have copied numerous complaints like mine and have notified the NC Atty General and the Consumer Protection Agency. Both are pursuing Aim to Find.

"Ordered a kegerator from AimToFind for their low prices. Fridge shipped a week later and finally ended up showing up in another week. When the package arrived I inspected the outer and inner boxes and looked inside for any obvious damage to the refrigerator without seeing any. The driver left with his signed note and I pulled off the cellophane from the fridge a little bit later. This is when I noticed the enormous dent in the door, falling off hinges, and other small dents on one part of the unit. Immediately called the shipping company to report the damage. They said no problem and noted it in my file. I then contacted AimToFind who repeatedly referred to their return policy and said since I didn't have anything on the receipt when it was signed for I need to figure out the claims process. So I spend a couple of days trying to figure out the process on my own, to finally in the end be told that basically the shipper HAS to be the one who really files the claim if it involves replacing the unit. So here I am after just paying $900 for a Kegerator I have a broken fridge in my driveway, a shipping company telling me it will take up to 90 days to resolve the claim, and the company who sold me the broken product refuses to even provide any assistance in resolving the issue at all. I would definitely not shop here again and encourage anyone who is considering it in order to save money to determine how much money their time is worth to deal with hassles like this."
