I had completely the opposite experience to the previous customer. I ordered two products on the 26 June, which was apparently in stock. The took the money from my account immediately. We're just heading into July now and I've had no products and no response to my e-mails asking about the status of the order. Their web-site is shut down so it is impossible to contact them. I would avoid this company like an internet version of the plague, I fear they have gone bust. If anyone has a phone number for them, I'd be grateful to have it.
It couldn't be worse, they taken my money, not communicating and not attempted to deliver. NIGHTMARE!
In the end, they did deliver, but not to my address and very late and with poor communication. Sadly, the delivery was not to my address, though this was the fault of DHL. An all round bad experience. But they do exist, and eventually I did get the gear and it was a good price."
"Aiop Computers save the day!
I was let down by Dabs, who had listed an item as being in stock only to email with delay information the day after I had placed the order and then the day after that emailed me again with news of a longer delay. Why is it so hard to give companies your money these days?
Anyway, I looked online for an alternative seller who charged a sensible amount for postage. Aiop Computers fitted the bill and were quick to reply to my email when I enquired whether or not they had any of the item ready to ship. I ordered the item at just after midday yesterday and it was delivered just before 11am today - now that's what I call service!
I cannot recommend Aiop Computers highly enough. Thank you."
