"Ordered a new air conditioner compressor fan motor from their online affiliate ACFurnace.com. Received the part. Installed it. No ac. Thought maybe I had installed it incorrectly or that something else was wrong with the system. Had a HVAC contractor come. They found the new motor to be defective. Billed me $138. This company refuses to reimburse me for the service call. They don't understand that if the part wasn't defective, I never would have incurred the additioanl cost. Recommend taking your business elsewhere."
"My furnace was down. Called them on a Saturday and they stated they were open until 8pm. Said the part was in stock. Told me to call back and they would give directions for a will call. I called and left message. Called a couple of other times and nothing. No call backs. They had the part and I suspect they blew me off because I had asked over the phone if they could work on the price - it was a $350 part that was cheaper elsewhere. Anyway, my heat was down and I had an infant in the house. Ended up fixing by rebuilding the part and buying a component from another online source that responded quickly to my request for help. "
