"Please Please reconsider if you are about to purchase anything from this website. Their services is totally horrible.

It stated on their website that they ship fast. Well, I purchased a set of wheel from them. After 6 weeks trying to call them regarding my order status, they finally sent me the wheels, but the wrong set of course.

Everytime I call them up, they leave me on the phone for 5 mins just to pull out my order file. I'm pretty sure an Intel 386 runs faster than that.

I returned the wheel and bought another set as an exchange. I was willing to pay separately for the second set because their CSR promised to process the order and ship it out within a few days. He also said I will get my full refund for the original set which is $580.00 as they charge me $650.00 for my second set.

4 days after I shipped my wheel back to them, I called them up and ask if they have sent me my new set. They told me that they haven't receive the original set. Well, I checked my fedex tracking number and found out that the wheel has arrived 2 days after I shipped it. What a terrible lie they told me. Everytime I call them up, they told me that my wheel is ready and I will receive it in the next few days.

I continuously call them up week after week after week and finally, they sent me my order after the 4th weeks.

Remember the $580.00 that they suppose to refund it back to me? Well, I have to call them up every single week just to remind them that. Everytime I call them, they told me that I will see the refund on my credit card in the next few days. I don't remember how many time they told me that, but they didn't give me back my refund until 2 months later after I canceled my initial order.

However, They deducted 80 dollars from my refund and said that the shipping cost is not refundable, eventhough the CSR told me over 2 months earlier that I will get my full refund back because I bought another set from them. I talked to their CSR manager and he couldn't do anything about it.

It's because it took over 2 months refund my $580.00, my credit card company charge me interest from it for 3 months, and I was the one who is responsible to pay for that interest. I told their CSR manager that and he didn't response to my comment.

One more thing that I forgot to mention. The wheel are suppose to be balanced, however when I put it in my car, my car steer to one side when i'm driving. I took it to the shop for alignment. Even after alignment, my car is still steer to one side. Finally, the guy at the shop switch the wheel around and the car was almost fixed. He told me that it is because the wheel was unbalanced.

I will never ever want to deal with Air Dynamic Racing again. Their service is just terrible terrible. If you are planning to buy any car accessories, please please reconsider if you want to purchase anything from Air Dynamic Racing.
