AirArmSports refused to pay for return shipping for a defective product that they sent me, so I paid the extra amount out of pocket for their mistake. A week later I received the very same item in the same condition, and they tell me that it's not under their warranty.

"I want to say that no one is perfect, accidents do happen, and no matter what AirArmSports will make good on the problem! That should say a lot! I ordered the P99 marker combo, rubber balls, and walther co2's. It arrived very quick, but was missing the extra magazine. I emailed them on a friday night and friday night I had a response. Saturday there customer service was emailing me as well as sunday. I was surprised they were watching issues all weekend. They did send me the extra magazine after a few emails. I received it 2 days later. The only thing I would say bad is that the paintballs had no packing and arrived with a few broken. It didnt matter to me but they should have been packed with much more care, among all my goods. I am very happy with my purchase so far. Air Arm Sports is a great company overall. Thanks again! "

" Well I purchased a Walther p99 RAM PaintBall Gun. Upon getting the item it would not hold C02. So the dealer worked very hard to help replace the item. At first the dealer asked me to go to the manufacturer to repair the Gun and it did not work. It only cost me money to shipp it to them two times only to have it returned to me in exactly the same not working condition. So the dealer ended up replacing the Gun with another gun about 4 months later. Well That new gun worked fine for about 4 or 5 C02s and then again will not hold a seal anymore.
I have a very hard time believing that I had such a fluke twice in a row. I am more lead to believe that the Walther p99 is a faulty product. Perhaps they did not do enough pre testing before they decided to market this gun. But the 2 thast I have purchased so far do not work.
At this point I do not know how the dealer is going to react to my having another faulty gun. I am hoping for a cash refund at this point because I no longer Trust Umarex USA Products. When Umarex tried to repair my first gun they where extremely rude to me and treated very unprofessional to the point I ended up having to deal with the dealer not the Manufacturer. Now that I have a second gun completely fail to hold c02, I know it is the manufacturer. They have a lack of quality in there customer support just as they also lack quality in there products as well.
I really heard better reviews about the walther p99 but for me to get 2 in a row that do not hold C02 is not very good. And I wrote down the serial numbers so I know my old gun was replaced with an entirely diferent gun. This is horrible beings that one of the finer selling points is how well the P99 Is suppose to hold a seal and to have two guns not hold a seal for more than 4 C02 cartridges is bogus.
Anyway I am really Hoping for a refund at this point and I will never purchase a Umarex Product again. That is not to say I will not purchase from AirArm Sports Again as they really did a lot to help me and it was beyond them as they did not manufacturer the p99. So I am hoping AirArm will grant me a full refund. And I will NEVER trust any product to come from Umarex USA. As well as the FTC complaint I also filed. Ref #21849092 All complaints are against Umarex USA NOT AirArm Sports. Again When Umarex was so rude and did NOTHING to help me, AirArm Sports ended up sending me a completely New walther p99. It is not there fault that it also did not work But In the end Umarex will not stand up and take any responsibility for the faulty products they sell so AirArm Sports will end up being the one to refund me and take complete responsibility. Its to bad such a good company has to sell products for UmarexUSA.. I thank AirArm Sports for supporting there customers and I would come back to them for more products as long as they are not from Umarex USA..
I really do Hope AirArm Sports refunds me for this gun beings it costs over 200$ for just the gun. And when this gets handled I will come back to write another review. I will say now that I do believe AirArm Sports will refund me even though its been so long because they know what has been going on and they seem to care about there customers as appose to Umarex who could care less about all the money this gun had cost me. And the fact that it cost me 20$ every time I had to shipp it back to them for repair and they would supposedly fix it but never once test it to be sure it was fixed. They would simply send it back to me still broken. And then expect me to pay to shipp it to them again. Umarex USA is a solid Rip Off.
