The Airguns of Arizona team continued to show why they are an outstanding company to work with. I bought a Weihrauch HW95L air rifle and a Weihrauch HW45 air pistol previously from AoA to dip my toes in this new hobby. I enjoyed the experience so much that I decided to go all in and pick up a Daystate Red Wolf. Rich, Chris, and Darren were very patient with me as I asked a ton of rookie questions over several phone calls. I asked questions like how to best fill a PCP air rifle or how to best spec-out the rifle to meet my current and future use-case. In every case, they focused on me instead of focusing on the sale.
Ordering/Sale Process: Rich put together three builds for me to choose from, and included discounts that weren't published on their site. It is in large part to Rich's expert and patient customer-focused service that I pulled the trigger and chose the high quality/high value option: DS RW .22 HP Walnut; Athlon Optics Ares ETR scope; Sportsmatch mounts; Omega air tank and tank fittings; and JSB Exact Monster Redesign ammo.
Customer Service: I am a lefty, so they moved the cocking lever to the left for me free of charge.
Delivery: AoA's excellence extends to their Shipping Department. My order arrived in three short days (AZ to CA). Both deliveries were very well packaged--sturdy, cleanly sealed, and secure.
Conclusion:
1. In the end, Rich's recommendations were spot-on. The Red Wolf is an amazing air rifle; by my third time on the range, I was putting pellets through the same hole at 50 yards.
2. AoA is a top-notch company. They have an experienced sales team, offering high quality products that are worth the money you pay for. Their shipping department is outstanding too, as demonstrated by the care they took in packaging my items.
3. Consequently, AoA is my go-to source for all things air gunning. Relationships matter, and their professionalism, customer-focused service, and high quality/high value products will keep me coming back.

"I rarely read on line reviews much less write them, but felt obligated to follow up on my experience with AoA's outstanding customer service. Purchased a new Weihrauch HW30S that is difficult to find in the states, especially for a good price. Took about two weeks to arrive, but read on airgun forums that AoA test fires each gun before shipping. Sure enough I found the five shot test sheet included with the owners manual and the other paperwork. I'm an airgun novice and embarrassed to say I "over adjusted" the knurled rear windage screw that came out of the assembly. Called and spoke to service tech Shane and was ready to pay and order a replacement rear sight for around $50. Shane said since I just bought the rifle and it was an honest mistake they would send one free including shipping. Two days later the replacement sight is installed and I'm plinking again. Bottom line is trust the stellar reviews you read about AoA, especially their amazing service after the sale.

"My experience started early September, I took my FX Crown, which I purchased from AoA in 2019 before the business changes between AoA and FX. The Crown had what I hoped was a minor air leak. Unfortunately Airguns of Arizona are no longer allowed to buy FX parts. So the fastest way to get it fixed was to send it from Arizona to North Carolina at my expense both ways. Frustrated with the situation I was in I jumped to a hasty trade of my own making and got a wonderful Daystate Wolverine HP-R .22 great gun. I shoot mostly target and in my younger years I shot 10m air pistols as a hobby. I had a Hammerli at one point and later on a Feinwerkbau and I really enjoyed the extremely light triggers that can be set up and that has carried through all my shooting. Well in effort to achieve that light trigger on the Wolverine I messed things up good so I went back to AoA and explained what I did, fessing up to my error. I asked them to fix it and told them what I was hoping they could achieve being the experts…they said you want a Red Wolf (electronic trigger). They had one on the rack and it had that wonderful extremely light trigger and I fell in love. AoA took the Wolverine back and gave me a full credit towards the Red Wolf. When they brought out the first one I noticed an unusual mark when the screen had a reflection on it so they got another one setup. Many may say that is what a company should do and I agree but there are other companies (not just airgun) that don’t. Probably if I had been of clearer mind I would have bought the lupo Rosso to begin with. I think that AoA treated me extremely fairly and as always everyone is so friendly. Lots of pellets to try even though the JSB redesigned 25.39 were recommended, shot at medium power. Thank you AoA for all you did, good I bought that Daystate Compressor I think the Red Wolf like the Daystate air.
