"No shuttle at hotel, never told it was out of service until after I parked.
I showed up ~2.5 hours before my flight, parked at the hotel, walked into the lobby, and was told by the hotel staff that they shuttle had been out of service for over 2 weeks, and they had communicated with AirportParkingReservations.com multiple times, as they kept sending people there. I was told there's nothing they could od about it, since they don't have a way to communicate with AirportParkingReservations.com customers directly, so it was AirportParkingReservations.com responsibility to pass the communication and stop selling parking spots for their hotel. I asked for a refund, and not only it took them a month to get back to me, they claim that because I did not cancel in advance, they can't refund it, blah blah blah. Needless to say, this company is REALLY bad, they don't care about customer service, nor they seem to care about future customer engagement. They will not last too long operating this way.

"Be wary of 3rd party services online wanting to book your parking with Park 'N Go. They not only charge a commission but, while they claim to also charge what Park 'N Go charges they do not. They overcharged me based on the comparison of the online receipt and the actual receipt I was given upon leaving. The 3rd party company was AirportParkingReservations.com. I didn't even realize it was a 3rd party until I compared receipts. The only logo they show on their receipt is the logo from Park 'N Go. It was sneaky and they weren't interested in making things right with charging more than their commission. I won't ever use them again."

Used to make a reservation at Houston IAH airport. Turned up at car lot to be told no spaces, even with a reservation. Not what you want to hear with a flight imminent!. Had to rush round other lots to find a space and just made the flight. Was informed by other lots that this happens frequently with airportparkingreservations!.
airportparkingreservations have now stopped communicating with me after I suggested that a refund of the deposit was poor show after the inconvience and stress caused. I will never use again and not recommend to any one else."
