"We used AirportRentals to book a car through Discount Car and Truck Rentals in Vancouver. When we arrived there were no cars available at Discount. After waiting for 2 hours arrangements were made by Discount through another rental company, but no one would honour the deposit of $54.19 that we gave AirportRentals .
After several emails with AirportRentals, the last of which was from Mathew Anderson on 9/9/17, saying they were investigating the situation, we still have not received a refund of our deposit.."
