After a few days finally got a response from them that the product number changed and it was the correct product. Leapers who manufactures the product says that is a lie and the product airrattle is selling is very old and not the pro model listed on their website. Look elsewhere for a trusted seller even if you have to pay a little more the frustration is not worth it."
