"During the online ordering process, we missed the directions about where to select the "FREE gift" that we had earned. After completing the order we realized this and attempted to contact customer service through emails and then phone (the order was placed on a Sunday so we had to wait until Monday to call). The person was unwilling to work with us, and simply stated that "there was nothing he could do". He said the same thing to my husband when he called back later. Finally, he reached a different sales person who offered a solution: shipping the free gift separately if we paid the shipping. Thank you! Finally someone who knows what customer service is! The man we originally spoke with TWICE never attempted to resolve our situation- even after we told him we would just return the product for a refund. His comment was, "well you are welcome to do that, ma'am". Unacceptable! "
