"While the website is not completely efficient, I can't quite grade a retailer on their webdesign. At least not here. Instead, I will say that their selection is solid, their prices competitive, and their efforts in assisting the customer, even in error, are outstanding. One note for future buyers, their east coast and west coast locations are run buy separate owners via franchising. There is no real issue in that, but when trying to correct orders or fix mistake purchases, you are force to strictly deal with the original store that you purchased from. This can lead to weeks turnaround if you order from the opposite coast. Again, not a terrible issue, since AirsoftGI works so hard to ensure your order is right from the start, but it's tough knowing I can't quite get fast service from the east coast unless I order from their affiliate.
TL;DR - I wish AirsoftGI and GITactical honored orders across both stores and allowed exchanges, refunds, and returns between the two. Still get 5 stars, cause you worked for it."
