"Airsoft does not follow through with what they say. They do not answer their phones and do not stand behind their product. I received a defective product after several attempts they finally answered their phones.I told them I wrote a bad review on them. They said they would only help if I changed my review and gave them all five stars. I made a change and said that they followed through. And now three weeks latter they still have not sent me my parts.I would not do business with them as they lie and do not follow through with what they say. So some of these good reviews under them are probably false and forced to write just to get parts people need. "

"AirsoftRC is the WORST online retailer I have dealt with in many years. They did not complete the order correctly, and worst of all, they lied about it. No one is perfect, that's ok, but not being honest about mistakes? That's inexcusable. Unforgivable. And bad business. I did speak to them on the phone, and that is where the lying occurred. They promised certain things, and didn't do what they said. They also lied about why the shipment was delayed. They told me that Fedex damaged the package, and returned it to them -- what?! I said, ok, and them I called Fedex myself with the tracking number. Fedex confirmed that the package label was printed, but the package was never shipped. In other words, AirsoftRC lied. They lied and said one of the items in the package was damaged, and wouldn't you know it, it was the very last one that they had of that item... Yeah right! They never had the item and this was their way of trying to cover it, since they took my money for the item and all that. I could go on, but want to make sure everyone reads this. Do yourself and your sanity a favor, and DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. They are dishonest."

"One of the worst online experiences I've ever had! Ordered 3 items, only received one, the one I received had a piece of plastic broken. After repeated contacts to them to send other 2 items or refund balance owed, to no avail, had to file a claim in Paypal, which they still have not responded to.
