"bought a higher end aeg paid for the upgraded shipping stuff the one that covers my stuff for damage and all that well thats not the case tracking number said it was delievered when I got home from work no package went around to the neighbors house not just one but no package at their doorstep by mistake either called fedex to open a claim they wanted all the info from their end that they wouldnt give me contacted thwm again about it now its going on 3 days and havent had any response so ya they ripped me off on the protection part dont buy it its a scam the whole website is probably a scam "

"We bought our son an airsoft gun for this past Christmas. We received it about a week before but i did not open it until the night before. When I did, I charged the battery and put it in the gun, but the gun did not work. I followed all instructions with checking the fuse etc, but it still did not work. I contacted Airsoft Atlanta and they sent me a new battery which i received 4 days later. This time the battery was charged as they checked it out prior to shipping. When I put it in the gun it only worked intermittently. I contacted Airsoft again and we sent the gun back for which as soon as they received it, they replaced the whole gun immediately. Received new gun and it works great. I talked with Alexander and he was great about helping out and ,making sure everything was corrected. We will definetly buy more product from Airsoft as they stand behind their product and do what they can to make a wrong situation right. The only negative comment I have is that we had to pay for shipping the gun back to them. I dont believe we should have had to incurr the cost of a defective product. "

"First off, I'd like to say that I'm amazed by how well they process and ship orders quickly. I've ordered stores of ammo, upgrades, and even weapons from them and they never failed to deliver within the space of a week, exactly as described. A downside is their return policy, "All sales are final", but that's a point when you'll find that knowing how to solve the problems yourself can help, especially as you'll be hard-pressed to find an online retailer without something like a 7-day return policy and such nonsense. In all, a 4/5 rating for great S&H and processing speed, -1 for the bad policies."

"I ordered quite a few things for my Nephew for Christmas from them. The Biggest problem I have is them not trying to resolve a problem. The gun we ordered did not work. We tried some trouble-shooting ideas but they would not fix the problem. I talked to them about exchanging it for another one but John the customer service manager would not do it. He would not do anything. They say they have a 7 day return policy. I asked to speak to the owner and he said, "Thats not gonna happen." He said there was no manufacture's warranty on there guns and I was out of luck. I will never order from them again. It's bad business to be rude and not stand by your products."

"This store is awful. Their return policy is all sales are final! We ordered a gun online. It came with a battery that did not work. When we took it back to the store, the clerk said the battery would not work and CONNED me into buying another battery that would work. When the gun malfunctioned and we again took it back, they said that the gun was fine and could not help me. I know now why they don't accept returns: with the junk they sell if they did accept returns, they would go out of business. This store is a sad excuse. I have contacted my credit card company to get my money back and report this store. Buyers beware, save your money and buy elsewhere because customer service is not Airsoft Atlanta's most remote priority.

"Airsoft Atlanta is an excellent online airsoft store. The prices are mostly competitive (there are some products which can be found slightly cheaper on other websites, but the opposite applies). The quality of products is top-notch. I ordered over $200 worth of supplies, including targets, a spring pistol, and a spring sniper rifle bundle. Everything came packaged nicely and shipped from Georgia on a Monday and arrived at my door Wednesday evening in New Jersey.

I should note that the scope included with my Sniper Rifle had a slightly frayed Cross Hair Wire. I promptly called Airsoft Atlanta to setup a return and replacement, and was surprised to learn that AA was willing to just send me a brand new replacement scope, no questions asked. Very good customer service, and the new scope was shipped out for me the same day this issue was brought up.

In conclusion, I highly recommend Airsoft Atlanta for all your airsoft purchases. The prices are competitive with all the other big Airsoft online retailers, and unlike some of the other sites, you do not have to worry about getting a lemon, refurbished product, or incorrect shipment from AA.

"The prices are a bit higher then some other high quality online airsoft stores. But because they are based in the US, everything arrives quite a bit quicker then stores based in Japan. I did buy bb's from them once just becuase I was placing an order with them for something else and I needed them, but I don't think I'll do that again. They really do over charge for bb's but I do have to admit their Inertia brand is pretty high grade and never had a jam with them.

Most of my orders from them come within 3 days of placing the order, without requesting the rush delivery.

Overall, they are a good company and will place more orders through them when I need things in a hurry."

"They had a good price on my ICS M4A1 RIS with cheap shipping to boot! I got it a week after I ordered it as they stated in their website (5 buisness days for shipping) cuz I live in southern California. I also ordered a CA33E for a friend and so far its been fine, no problems. Although they did require phone confirmation for the order. It also took them about 32 hours before they sent they sent it to UPS though it didn't matter in the end. I would definitely buy from them again.
