"VERY Unscrupulous Company. Their Website SAYS "Free Shipping on Orders Over $149 with Coupon Code: FREESHIP for lower 48 states in the U.S.*. Yet when you go to the CART to complete the order these Crooks STILL CHARGE YOU SHIPPING!! This has happened to me TWO years ago, ONE year ago, and AGAIN TODAY 9-8-2022. If you call them some lame brain says "oh give me your order number and I'll reverse the Shipping Charge". Sure, I've fallen for that TWICE in TWO YEARS and had to File a BBB AND PayPal Complaint to get my Shipping Refund which took TWO MONTHS!! This same Lame Brain says the OWNER of Airsoft Megastore refuses to FIX THE WEBSITE "BUG". This "BUG" is FRAUD!! I will no longer buy from them, which is too bad because they do have some good prices occationally!"

"Many years ago I have purchased an automatic airsoft rifle and it did not last half a week due to battery issues. I emailed customer support and they responded back a week later. During that time, warranty's only lasted 1 month. Then they said that they are going to send a replacement battery. I was hoping it would come in next week, but came in 2 weeks later. When the battery came in, it did not work. I contacted customer support the same day and told them it was not working. They waited until 1 day after the warranty expired(like they knew what day I placed the order) to reply telling me that they no longer could help me because my warranty for the product is up. I hope they had improved their customer support and products since my last purchase. "

"I bought a ar15 airsoft rifle from them 4 years ago. I put it away because I was helping my wife through a very rough time. Well, my wife passed, and I forgot about the rifle. I lived in California, I packed all my things and moved to Texas. This last week in July while unpacking somethings I came across the airsoft rifle. I ordered a new battery for it. I took it out today, and fired it around a dozen times and it stopped working. I know it's 4 years old, but it's brand new! I called the store where I bought it and was told they could do nothing about it. I expected they would repair it as a good customer relation offer, but NO, I was told they could do nothing about it.
I'm very disappointed needless to say. So buyer beware."

"First time I went and approached this megastore through calling from overseas, I told them upfront I was expecting not buy anything, but wanted to learn more about teching and how i know what parts i need. I told Rommel I already had won a raffle v12 engine first time playing. The staff took time out of selling and they stayed on the phone with me (even though there were 'real ' customers) to walk me through the basics. I then called back from overseas and placed a order. I bought a 16" outer barrel gun with all its outer casing components. Now i can get my 455mm inner barrel inside without using a wobbly compensator. Shipping and everything was all super good price and they take good care of their customers.

Probably the best place to shop and talk, i wish to go visit them soon. They have a huge selection of product to look at and buy. The staff are nice with a great personality. Best airsoft store in the world to buy airsoft stuff from %100, specially with overseas discount shipping prices."

"Having searched on many websites, I continually come to the conclusion that Airsoft Megastore is the best one. AM has the best design of any airsoft website. It is much easier to comprehend and search AM than websites like Evike. They offer good deals on quality products, too. Their shipping is not unreasonable: it's fast and reliable--I've never received a purchase with a dented box or broken product inside. And I can't stress it enough how well-designed their website is compared to other Airsoft websites!
