"Before I begin, I want to point out that I am very well aware that I placed my orders during a big sale, but a sale should not detract from the customer service an individual receives, at least not as much as it did for me, I placed my first order being a custom gun on the 22nd of June. On the AMS website it dictated that the gun would ship in 5-7 days, meaning would leave the store/factory in 5-7 days to ship. I thought this to be very reasonable, considering the amount of work that was going to be put in for my own personal gun with all the separate pieces that would be put together for me in the factory--by probably already overworked employees due to the sale. I checked my email constantly that week and on the seventh day when the packages were supposed to ship, I received two emails stating that in two of my orders there was an item missing. In one email they offered me an alternative for free, which happens to be a more expensive item, and in the second email they asked me how I would like to proceed (whether I cancel the order or ask for an alternative). I asked for an alternative which they granted. At this point I was more impressed with the service, in that they were quick to respond to my requests and followed through with the replacements very quickly. All orders were marked as “processed” the next day. Within a couple days I received emails saying all of my items had shipped. On these emails it said that I would soon receive a second email detailing my order status along with shipping number, these emails came a week later, and when I tried to track the packages, it said they had arrived in the store that day, not when AMS had said they were originally shipped. As annoyed as I was, there was not much I could do, and I waited until yesterday, the 12th for my orders to arrive. This was three weeks after my first order was made, not impressive at all. When I opened all of my packages I was even more surprised that a lot of my items were missing, I checked through all of the packing details and it looked as if all of the items were there, but when I went to my purchase history on AMS, I figured out what happened. Through the confusion with the missing items, one replacement item for my custom gun had been send in a separate package, complete with a shipping number, which made me believe that all four of my packages were coming that day. My third out four purchases which I had made on the 30th of June had and has yet to arrive. It has been marked as shipped for the past 2 weeks, and I have not received any update in the form of a tracking number or customer service email, or even a missing items email. I emailed customer service yesterday and I am hoping for a response tomorrow. I can't recommend AMS due to the service I received, though I will probably keep shopping there due to the low prices, diversity and multitude of the products, and the custom gun store, which is very cool, and is a great idea. (Would just make sure all items that are out of stock are up to date in the gun builder) I guess I was patient and dealt with the wait pretty well where others may not. "
"I saw their 70% off sale, and after lots of research found rock bottom prices on some items. One of their golden eagle rail systems looks exactly like a real one on my actual rifle, and if it is the same then I need to rethink my entire life."

"I was given some funds to buy some airsoft guns online so my friends and I could play some airsoft; i was particularly brought in by the summer sale to help same some money, though it didn't apply to many of the good guns I would've wanted... but you can't argue with 70% off on what you can get with it. Also pretty happy I can pay with paypal in case something happens with the shipment
AFTER ORDER RECIEVED: I had some issues with their customer support as they did not inform me that they were out of a weapon I had ordered for a week, and they didn't respond to my email query until about four or five business days after I sent it in. Overall the quality of the items and the shipping time was relatively good, most of the items didn't come in original packaging but it was otherwise undamaged
I had an issue with a gun I bought not firing correctly and I tried to email their support and get help on the issue, and they still haven't responded after about a week, as well I couldn't even call them as they kept disconnecting me from their phone line... eventually I just got annoyed and fixed it myself by taking apart the gun, something I don't recommend but worked for me as now the gun fires better.
Overall I feel that Airsoft Megastore bit off a little more than they could chew, their prices attract a large number of customers that they themselves cannot keep up with in their customer service and their weapon stocks; if they were to improve their stocks of certain weapons/equipment as well as parts to upgrade guns... maybe even adding a loyalty program, they could make a lot more people happy as they have the potential to make it big and really push above other online and local retailers"
"Placed an order on the 30th of June and the 1st of July, so one day apart. Order from the 30th shipped on the 5th, got here on the 11th. No problem there. Order from one day later, still hasn't shipped. I emailed on the 7th, and again on the 11th, but still no reply. Called yesterday (the 11th) and was told one item was actually out of stock, even thought when I ordered it was in stock. They were refunding me for the missing item, and shipping out that day, and they would refund my shipping cost because of the delay. Great! Except it didn't actually ship yesterday. I have tried calling numerous times today but they are inundated with phone calls and the system just hangs up on me. At this point, if it doesn't ship today, I won't receive my items until the 18th. It shouldn't take that long to get stuff from Cali to Iowa, and it shouldn't take that long for a business to box up my order and get it out of the warehouse. I was not contacted about the one item being out of stock, which I should have been so I could either switch that product out, or cancel that item from my order so they could ship it sooner.
This will end up being my last order with airsoftmegastore. I have never had this problem with evike or redwolf. At this point I should have ordered from ehobbyasia."
