I tried to call customer service SEVERAL times, but they just DON'T answer the phone!!! How cool is that? If you try to call them you will be forward to their voicemail and after i left few messages nobody ever called me back about my order...I sent an email and didn't get a response. What kind of customer service is that???? Its my son's birthday today and instead of enjoining this day i have to deal with this stress not knowing if the package comes today and sitting home and waiting that maybe it will come...Why don't you provide customers with trucking number, answer the phone ( do you even have representative?).
