"I have been a Customer for six plus years & they have always treated me right, but up to my last two visits have been a horrible Experience. Me & my brother took two guns in for upgrading, they gave us a total amount of what the cost would be & said that will be the exact amount. Five weeks later we go in & low in be hold the price was jacked way up. They tried to charge me for the upgrades I already bought to have them install, got that figured out. I ended up still paying for more then I was quoted. The mechanic guy is not affraid to belittle, talk down & throw every curse word in the book at you if he thinks hes right & were wrong. I will no longer support them & will purchase parts & gear from airsoft GI."

Buyer Beware!
Ordered a new item from them, they shipped me a used item that was damaged, and it was obvious that it was used. When I called them, they stated that it was a demo model and only gently used. He thought this was OK.
He was unable to get a replacement item to me in a timely manner, so I asked for my money back. He agreed to refund price plus,shipping both ways. However, he only refunded partial shipping and now will not return emails.
