"Please stay away from this company. I ordered and received a Motorola Bluetooth headset. The headset was supposed to be new. It came without packaging. Initially, the customer service insisted that the headset is "new in bulk packaging". After I pointed out the clearly visible "REFURB B" printed on the unit, the communication with them stopped. They cheat and lie. the good reviews here are not to be trusted. Please beware!"
