"I placed my order for a $170 camera and got a confirmation email. Next day I get an email asking me to call back confirm my order for security reasons. I did that and during the call, the rep asks if I want a battery pack and charger. I was confused because shouldn't new cameras include them both? The rep says if you go to any other retail store and buy the camera it won't come with either one. And asking how much those two items cost, he said $70. I'm not paying $70 for somethings that should be included, so I asked him to cancel the order while I investigate. I checked their website again and the product page clearly says the battery and charger are included. So I call back to un-cancel my order or to place it again (and this is 5 minutes after I just got off the phone with them). The same rep rudely tells me they're out of stock on the camera. Really? If it was out of stock, why not tell me the first time I called? Just trying to get me to cancel the order? I wanted asked for clarification, and before I can even ask, the rep rudely says "I'm not going to argue with you, the order is canceled, can I hang up now". Not much of a choice here. Very very disgusted with the store and the attitude of its employees.

"Ordered a Cannon Power Shot G16 and other accessories in a package deal.on November 25,2013.The price was good and I did save about 15% campared to some other stores. BUT I had to call them 4 times to get everything I paid for because they did not send everything I paid for. I received the camera and memory card in about 4 days. I called back to ask about the other items I paid for and this took 10 days more and I still didn't receive everything I paid for. I called again and I recevied 2 more items I paid for BUT not everything.A week later I received a few more of the items I paid for BUT the last item was the camera bag and they did not send me the one I ordered. They checked with their warehouse and found out they sent me the wrong one. They said they would send the correct bag and this took 12 more days. So the complete order took 32 days.I really will not buy anything thing else from this company. It is to agrivating making numerous calls to get the items I ordered and paid for. Waiting 32 days to get a completed order is NO way to do business."

"Shady. Classic bait and switch. Items that finally arrived were stripped down versions with standard features missing. Once they have your payment info you are screwed.
The website does not accurately reflect what they are selling. Items are likely to be imported and with different languages in the menus and/or features missing, but this will not be shown on the site or told by the sales rep. There is no mention that cameras may have Japanese menus, missing features, etc., etc., etc.
Look at their ridiculous terms and conditions because that's where they will point you when you protest. Disgraceful.
In short, don't give these guys your payment info because you probably won't get a detailed quote and they will not provide an invoice or explain in detail the unexpected charges that appear. Don't even think of returning the items because they will trump up fee after fee and in the end they will have your money anyway. They bury many more scams in their terms and conditions.
If you are unlucky enough to have given them your payment info before reading this, my advice is to cancel the card as quickly as you can before charges you did not authorize suddenly appear.
In my case, I originally ordered an item for $1,399 they charged me $1,907 (even though I tried to cancel the order and they said all they could do was place it on hold). The item that eventually showed up was tossed into a different item's box and was a stripped down version that is not even worth $1,000 on eBay. $900 basically swindled under my vigorous protest.
