"Never got my product. Never got an email or response back. Never got my money back. I had to file a fraud charge with my bank. This place is a bunch of thieves. Do NOT order anything from here. Read ALL of the reviews. If you still order something, you are just idiotic.
I blew their website up in their comment sections, and instead of refunding me my money… they paid somebody to rescript their website to take down the comment and review section. That’s how bad these people are. Do NOT spend ANY money here. I’d love to see their entire families homeless, naked out on the curb."

My products came over a month late to find out they sent the wrong colors.. when asking the manager what was a possible action that can be taken he blamed me and continued to argue how it wasn’t their fault.. Be smarter than I was and order from a professional distributor. They are just ordering your parts and sending them after they get them anyways... "

"I ordered a piston from them needing the item asap. Perhaps I am inpatient but I relied on them sending the unit to me 1-2 days after ordering as per what was stated on their website and invoice, however, after patiently waiting three days with no shipping information, I called to see when my item would be shipped. He responded that they could receive the item on Friday or Monday and would be shipped then. Has Rocky Mnt. ATV/MC spoiled me? I guess so because I am not ok with a company telling me an item will be shipped in 1-2 days, only to find out it may be shipped a full week later. I relied on their statement trying to get my bike back together. I canceled that order and found one on ebay. I trust a private individual more than a company that has been in existence for 30 years and has the name of my most favorite possession in its title. Shame on you XRS ONly."
"This was my first purchase from this seller and im very dissapointed with them. The parts i were purchasing were labeled as available and after dishing out a hefty $300 i havnt heard anything in a week so i contacted them only to find out that they dont sell these anymore. So they wernt going to notify me of that??? so i asked for a refund and was told "ok" and got hungup on. it has been a week since and I filed a dispute on paypal and still have not heard anything. This was the worst online purchase i have ever had the misfortune of experiencing."
