"I purchased a set of bindings from Al's Ski Barn. They sent me an older model than what was advertised. I asked them to send me a return shipping slip. They refused and lied to me stating that they bindings are current year bindings when in fact they are not. The production date is printed on the bindings. The man I spoke with was very rude and hung up on me. Stay away!!!"

"I would never shop here again! After searching online through dozens of websites, Al's Ski Barn came up with what I was looking for, in stock. I placed my order right away and paid an extra shipping charge to recieve my skis before my weekend trip. When the skis arrived at my house, they were the wrong size! I contacted Al's to get them returned and get a pair of the correct size and they have informed me that even though their website listed them in stock, they were not. They are now refusing to refund the extra shipping charges and have said that it is my fault the skis were the wrong size! Never again will I shop at a store where I am blamed for something that is wrong on their website!
