They completed an online sale with me, I even spoke with someone over the phone to do so, and 8 DAYS LATER they sent me an email not only saying they haven't shipped out my order yet, but also that they miscalculated shipping and they wanted to charge me $21 extra! I replied to that email saying that a sale is a legal contract and that they should honor the final price of my order and fix the shipping cost problem for future customers, otherwise they should just cancel my order altogether. 3 more days went by, and no reply to that email. I called customer service to see what in the world was going on, and the woman who answerd the phone was rude to the point of obnoxious, and sounded like she couldn't care less about my problem. Needless to say, I will NEVER do business with these people again and I will let everyone I know to never do business with them either. STAY AWAY FROM THIS "BUSINESS.""
"Still waiting for my order. Placed order on 4/23/14, card was charged on 4/24/14. As of May 7th, even though I live less than 2 hours away, I still do not have my order. When I called the store on April 30th to follow up, the store rep basically restated only what the website said, wouldn't even give me the courtesy of checking and giving me an idea of when it would be shipped. Bottom line is; I wont purchase here again. Sent an E-mail to this store and never received a response, put their name on this review site and they respond. This store advertises 1 business day shipping. But if one reads the fine print buried further down in two seperate drop down screen their story changes. Spoke with a represenative from the store on 5/6/2014. It still hadn't shipped. I'm cancelling the order and going elsewhere."
