"I recieved no confirmation email from them to let me know my order was complete, had to call to ask where my order stood. to find out my order had not even been sent out due to an error but no email or a phone call letting me know there was a problem. futher more after a week and no package called again to find out what was going on to hear they sold my ammo to someone else cause no one bothered to pull my order, without any notification at all. had to go to another place to get what i needed so two weeks later final got what i needed from another supplier! I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!"

"I found AlamoAmmo on line as I was looking for ammunition for my 9mm. There were none available in any of the stores I went to. (Acadamy-WalMart-Ace Hardware)
AlamoAmmo had what I needed and have made two seperate purchases from them. Both times they had what I needed and were delivedred as promised. I don't know if they are priced at what I could have bought at an other place, but I'm happy. I'll continue to purchase from them. I don't have to run all over town to get what I need."

"I placed an order for 10 boxes of ammo that was in stock. When I received the email confirming the order had shipped I placed another order for 10 more boxes of the same ammo, also showing in stock. When I did not receive a tracking # to see when I needed to be home to sign for the delivery, I called and was told they were not able to find the tracking # and nothing else could be done. A few days passed and I received another email saying that I would only receive 2 of the 10 boxes from the second order, so I called to find out why and was told that their inventory was wrong and again, nothing could be done. When asked about the first order, he said to wait until the second order arrived and if I had not received the first order by then to contact them for a refund. The 2 boxes arrived, no first order, so I called and they processed the refund. Then mysteriously, more availability on the same ammo shows up on Alamo's website, only now $10 more per box for the same ammo. 7 boxes were available so I ordered all 7 just to see if they would ship. If they would then the previous lack of availability would have been simply to make more money in the current frenzy. I received an email saying they could ship 2 boxes of the 7 I ordered, so again to see if they actually would, I agreed and did receive 2 more boxes at the higher price. Since the $20 is not worth the elevated blood pressure of an ensuing phone battle and since it is not my job to educate Alamo in their business practices, I simply say this...
