"Bought their Song of the South DVD. Wouldn't play. Asked several times for either a refund or a replacement. Never heard back. After taking this to the local sheriff I was informed that the DVD was homemade. The fraud division here said that they would contact the authorities in Louisville, KY which is where AlamoDVD is located."
