Never Received the Flowers

"Order a bouquet for my wife for Valentines Day. Paid extra for Valentines Day delivery. The flowers never came, although we waited all day for them. Do yourself a favor and walk in to a LOCAL floral shop and pay a little more. Avoid this business like the plague."
