"Purchased transformer from merchant. Was informed 4 days later that it had shipped (2-day shipping paid for). Received incorrect part. Immediately notified reseller, who stated "Obviously your order was confused with another. I'll get a transformer out today.". After a week with no part, e-mailed for status. Was told that part was backordered with supplier, so cancelled order. Reseller stated "Ok, no problem. Sorry for the inconvenience." The next day, was told that order could not be cancelled since it had already shipped from the manufactuer to the reseller. Still waiting, two and a half weeks later and reseller insists on charging a "restock" fee for cancelling the order, despite numerous lies as to the status of the order along the way."
