"I ordered a part that was discontinued. I was told from other merchants I would never find it. Sure enough, Alarmsuperstore had it in stock and I received it the next day. The woman I spoke to was so knowledgable and she made the transaction smooth as could be. I also went back the next week to order more smoke alarms from them and again, received the same excellent service.
I would definitely recommend this company to everyone out there. Wonderful service, great products, fast shipping and knowledgable staff. I should also note, that I called at 8pm and spoke to a real live representative on the second ring. That is UNHEARD of with online stores.
