"I have had a issue with this as well, but it was due to a mistake with the OEM part number, and the guy at ALBA was so quick to send for the wrong part and have the corrected part sent out I was impressed. Sometimes labels get put on wrong and mistakes are made. I know ALBA has done right by me and I order all my OEM parts from them for my motorcycle repair shop. I would give the guys a bit more credit as well as another chance to do right. I have been working with a guy named Ian and he has taken very very good care of me and our orders. I suggest you call and talk to Ian.

"The web site had an incorrectly labeled parts locator scheme, causing me to order the wrong part. Twenty days later Alba Action Sports emailed me and said they gave me a refund."
