"I've only made one purchase from Alen, the product was defective at the first time....they said the warranty is voided because I have sent it to my parents.........if you email Alen...they are no help & their replies don't even try to help. I will never buy there again!!"

"I got a air purifier a year ago,2 weeks ago it became noisier ( the A350 unit is very quiet), I sent an email to the company and within 24 hrs I got a reply telling me that they were sending a new unit at no charge;4 days later the new unit arrived and it works fine;they are great units ,very quiet and clean up the air a lot.Great company ,backs up the product with no hassles.I recommend their product and certainly the company."
