"I bought many good products at Ali Express. Sometimes things get lost in the mail. The dispute system will refund. But when you are cheated by a seller, the dispute system may not even look at the complaint and the uploaded evidence.
LAST DISPUTE FOR A NOT FUNCTIONING ROBOT CLEANER THE DISPUTE SYSTEM DID NOT EVEN LOOK AT THE UPLOADED VIDEOS THAT CLEARLY SHOWED THE PROBLEM.
Dispute was rejected for not uploading videos, while I have uploaded 3 videos they did not bother to look at.
So it is best to buy only cheap products at AliExpress, to minimize your loss when being cheated.
