Bike crate was smashed on the inside but bike was undamaged. I have been working with their representative Aaron ever since trying to obtain the original MSO (it's in Chinese, I have a pic From sent me) and a signed Bill of Sale in English, just sent another $53ish USD today to pay for express shipping of said docs, which is ok by me. Aron has been a pleasure to work with considering he/she is 13 hours ahead of me! Bike is AWESOME! "
