"Ce site permet d'avoir accès à des entreprises et des laboratoires chinois offrants des produits très difficiles à trouver ou très cher ailleurs. Il faut juste se débrouiller en anglais car tout est prévu en anglais.
On peut sélectionner dans le bandeau supérieur le genre de société recherchée vendeur or..., marchandise en stock... On peut voir depuis combien d'années le vendeur est sur le site et les commentaires des clients, ça donne une idée de la société.
J'ai reçu mon colis au bout d'un mois en France; Alibaba ne propose pas de suivi du colis. Il faut donc demander à l'entreprise au sale director des informations pour le suivi du colis si on s'inquiète . L'entreprise vous donnera gentiment et rapidement la date du départ de Chine, la date d'arrivée en France...
L'assurance gratuite d'Alibaba ne dure que vingt jours. Si vous souhaitez l'avoir plus longtemps il faut la renouveler avant vingt jours. Je ne l'ai pas renouvelée parce que je n'avais pas lu le texte en petits caractères et en anglais des conditions de l'assurance gratuite , ça n'a pas empêché mon colis de continuer à cheminer."
