"I found the site to be difficult to get around. Most things work well but I used the messenger service a lot and this was difficult to get to to see history unless you were viewing a product. The chat didn't always move t for messages in the message center. If all chat messages were then transferred to form a message in the message center this would be better so history of conversations can be stored to reference back to."
