"The overall experience with Alibaba is ok. It took while to realise that the advertised seller prices were not the prices charged. Some negotiation is required.
On the whole, sellers were eager to please and sell their goods.
The Trade Assurance Scheme offered by Alibaba is quite good, although in my case, the Assurance was "Auto-completed" before I had received the goods. I would suggest a better tracking method to ensure that this does not happen, in order to cover the goods until they are received.
Overall, a good platform for the sale of goods - but be sure that you negotiate carefully."
