Most difficult from that point is to *quickly* sort the ones who merely dropship out from the ones who really know their products and can be of valuable assistance.
Especially given the messaging interfaces (especially on mobile app) are messy, with exchanges nested in various windows, difficult to retrieve/navigate.
The transaction process is well thought having Alibaba store contractual information/documents as evidence of what was agreed, and then being able to have 3rd-party judge of the conformity of the transaction/goods received should anything go wrong."
