The experience I had (particularly with Ms. Amy Dai), is the kind that I would wish all customers could enjoy when making any purchase. The product was tried and true, so no surprises as to quality with this second order. It was a bit complicated with special requests, and modifications to add more product, but Ms. Dai was there to explain how everything works each step of the way. She even offered a less expensive shipping alternative AFTER the final payment was made which resulted in substantial refund. As near-perfect as this second order was, complete with samples that Ms. Dai helped coordinate from other suppliers throughout China, it is inevitable that issues manifest. This order was no exception, but Ms. Dai dispatched the problem easily, at no additional expense to me, and made me understand that it was because Poli Optical wanted me to be happy. I can't say enough wonderful things about this company, including the fact that they made me feel as if I was their only customer! "
