"Overall I am satisfied with my recent purchase of my mx15 alienware laptop. The packageing was excellent and the product came with a lot of free stuff. The laptop playes games extremely well with stunning graphics. The only thing I dont like about it is the extremely long time it takes to ship they say they build each computer very carefully but the majority of the time my computer was it's pre-assembly stages where the parts were still being gathered. In addition I ordered it with the FX lighting system. It looks amazing although only the "A" in the word "alienware" lights up on the bottom of my screen. The bottom right area below the keyboard heats up quite a bit too. The screen doesn't feel as sturdy as other laptops when you raise it. It makes so kind of a squeeking noise as if the screen needs to be pressed together. The volume function above the keyboad does not seem to work very well either. However, the laptop is much lighter than I expected and looks very cool."

The packaging is amazing, and the way the PC is put together on the inside is without equal. The cabling is minimized and all out of the way to provide the best airflow for cooling. "
