"I've been keeping an eye on Alienware for years, though their systems have up until now been out of my reach. A month ago, I needed to pick up a new laptop for gaming, since there is absolutely no way to fit a desktop into my apartment and I'm definitely not giving up gaming.

Having priced a few other laptops around, I chose to finally go with Alienware and ordered the Area51-m9750. I had to make a few calls to clear the payment with my bank, but I actually appreciate that, since I'd rather not see my bank let through random big purchases. Alienware's patience and willingness to work with my and my bank was great.

My laptop shipped right on schedule -- left the warehouse on Friday and arrived at my desk on Monday. The packaging was great, both in looks and in quality.

The laptop itself has been running like a dream since then. It puts my old desktop to shame in all categories. I do with the volume wheel was connected to the speakers rather than the software volume control, but I'm happy to at least have a volume wheel on the outside at all.

"I love this computer its the Area 51 7500.The website made ordering a snap,at the time the automated order updater was down but I was told they were already working on it.My order came in about a day early,which was great.The box and the packaging was definitley made to keep the computer well protected.I tore into the box very excited to get my first Alienware,ive had a Xps and a few other Dells before.Wow what a beautiful case and the wiring inside was perfect not a string or strand out of place.Directions and other information came in a leather bound notebook.Wasting no time i read through what i needed to read and hooked her up.All I can say is this is not going to be the last Alienware I order.Runs great all the options and add-ons I ordered were there and worked flawlessly.So far my experience with Alienware has been excellent.If the service department is as good as the other areas then theres no reason to shop anywhere else for an awesome gaming computer."
