"I ordered an Area-51 7500 after my PC died. I already had a laptop from Alienware, which I have thoroughly been impressed/happy with, so I knew this would be a good choice in desktop as well. It shipped on the expected date and arrived a day early with no problems.
I've had it for close to two weeks without any major problems, which is quite impressive (it's been joked I should be a beta-tester for software/hardware, I've got a 'gift' at breaking things).

"I’ve been playing video games on my PC for about ten years now. My son gave me my first game when he beat it. Every other year or so, my two kids get me a new game for a Christmas or birthday gift. My twelve year old PC could not play the last three games I was given. I decided it was time to buy a multi use machine that was good at playing video games plus could do all the rest of the tasks I wanted to give it. I looked over the entry level offerings, asked my son and some of his friends for advice, and read the reviews in magazines. I went with the Area-51 7500. This was my first gaming computer purchase as well as my first Internet purchase of such a large item. I could not have been happier with my experience. I called the customer service center two days after ordering my machine, after having a change of heart about the color I had ordered, and they changed the color of the machine without any problems. My son also suggested that I get the next larger hard drive and the customer service department took care of that change as well. The machine came to my home, via truck delivery, one day before it was promised. The unpacking, set-up, and initial use went off without a hitch. I’ve been enjoying my machine for the past two to three weeks and could not be happier. It starts quickly, can run any game I currently own or would want to buy, and shuts-down in the blink of an eye. I’ve contacted the tech support department with questions on trying to use some of my older programs. Vista, the new operating system, is not compatible with programs that old, so I had to purchase updated software, but I don’t attribute that issue to the machine or the Alienware Company. I look forward to many great years with my machine. Thank you Alienware, for making such a fine machine.

"This is the second order I had made from Alienware to purchase a smart bay battery and an adapter for my brand new m15x. The order and delivery was completed faster than I previously thought. Overall, it was an excellent service. The m15x is an awesome unit currently on the market without any viable competitions. The speed, graphics, and smart bay technologies are simply unbeatable. Alienware could've made the unit a little lighter and the price more affordable I think, but overall it was a perfect machine. The look, the feel, and the touch of the m15x are simply unsurpassed. "I ordered the alienware backpack from ebay and since I wanted to know more about its status, I sent an email via ebay. Since this was a second's item on ebay. I didnt really expect a quick reply or great CS. But I was pleasantly surprised when I got a reply the very next morning, from Oscar of Alienware who promised me that he would ship the item the same day. What was to come was even better - not only was the backpack shipped the same day, it was shipped on 2 day Fed-ex! and I had paid only 10$ in shipping. I got the item in 2 days and it came in a huge box - I am sure it must have cost them much more to ship that via 2 day Fed-ex but thats customer care for you. Inspite of the fact that I didn't even buy something expensive or fancy or even from the company direcrtly, I was treated royally."
