"Not only was I charged $67 for NDA delayed (3PM delivery) on a 5 lb box, I got neither a tracking number or an update email until I asked via chat.
The chat person was friendly and competent and I got my answer.
So: $67 is a bit pricey, plus a lack of communication = Somewhat dissatisfied."

"Placed an order at 5:00PM EST on Sunday 05/24 and selected Next Day Air shipping, with the understanding that because of the holiday, it couldn't be shipped till Tuesday 05/26.
Rec'd an email on Tuesday 05/26 at 12:44PM EST stating that they did not have the product in stock and would have to order it from HP, which would increase the delay by 1-2 days. I emailed them right back asking if the item could be shipped from HP directly to me? I checked HP's website and saw that they had stock on the part. At 5:30PM I still had not heard back from Alinc Tech so I called them and spoke to the woman that had emailed me earlier in the day. She said that her purchasing dept was trying to find another supplier that had it in stock and could get it from quickly. She put me on HOLD to check the status with purchasing. She came back on the line after about 30 seconds and said that they couldn't get the part and were canceling the order.
I placed the order with HP and had it the next day and their shipping was 1/3 of what Alinc was charging me.
If you order from this company, I would suggest making sure they have stock BEFORE placing your order."
